Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Sale items (if applicable).
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.

Process for Returns

  2. Approval: Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will send you an email with return instructions.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Replacement Policy

Process for Replacement

  2. Provide Proof: Send us an email with photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
  3. Replacement Approval: Once your claim is verified, we will send you a confirmation email and initiate the replacement process.
  4. Shipping: Rang Naturals will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
  • For orders over 599, Rang Naturals offers free standard shipping.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.


Exceptions / Notes

  • Please note that due to the nature of our products, variations in color, texture, or scent are natural and do not constitute defects.
  • In cases where a replacement product is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
